1. Business activity

Trevantodes provides performance marketing services to business clients: paid media management, search engine optimisation, marketing analytics and measurement, and performance creative production. Services are provided internationally and in English only.

We contract exclusively with businesses. We do not offer services to consumers, and this website is not directed at consumers.

2. Registers and supervision

The company is registered in the Danish central business register under company registration number 36709294.

Performance marketing is not a regulated profession requiring a licence or chamber membership, so there is no professional supervisory body, professional title, or professional indemnity register entry to declare. Where our work is subject to sector-specific advertising rules — for example financial promotions or health claims — those rules bind the advertiser, and we work within them on our clients' behalf.

For data protection matters, the competent supervisory authority is Datatilsynet (the Danish Data Protection Agency). See our Privacy Policy for how to complain.

3. Dispute resolution

Because we contract only with businesses, the EU consumer online dispute resolution platform and consumer alternative dispute resolution schemes do not apply to our services. We are not obliged to participate in a consumer ADR procedure and do not do so.

Commercial disputes are handled as set out in our Terms of Service: an escalation process first, then the competent Danish courts.

4. Liability for content on this website

We prepare the content of this website with care and keep it as accurate as we reasonably can. We do not warrant that it is complete, current or error-free.

Nothing on this website constitutes legal, tax, financial or professional advice, and nothing on it is a binding offer. Descriptions of services, scope, deliverables and timelines are indicative; what we actually agree to provide is governed by a written proposal and our Terms of Service.

As a service provider we are responsible for our own content. We are not obliged to monitor third-party information transmitted or stored, or to investigate circumstances indicating unlawful activity, but we remove or block unlawful content promptly once we become aware of it.

5. Liability for external links

This website may link to external websites we do not control. At the time of linking we check the linked page for obvious unlawful content. We cannot monitor linked pages continuously, and we are not responsible for their content, availability, or privacy practices. Following an external link means the operator's own terms and privacy notice apply.

If you tell us a linked page has become unlawful, we will remove the link promptly.

The content, structure, layout, text, code, illustrations and source files of this website are protected by copyright and belong to Trevantodes, unless a third party is credited.

You may view, download and print pages for your own information and for evaluating whether to engage us. Any other reproduction, adaptation, republication, distribution or commercial use requires our prior written permission. Quoting short extracts with clear attribution and a link to the source page is permitted and welcome.

Copyright in work we produce for clients is governed by section 7 of our Terms of Service, under which rights in the deliverables transfer to the client on full payment.

"Trevantodes" and the Trevantodes logo are trade marks of Trevantodes. Product, platform and company names mentioned on this website — including Google, Google Ads, Google Analytics, YouTube, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Advertising — are the trade marks of their respective owners. They are used descriptively to identify the platforms we work with. No affiliation, sponsorship, endorsement or partnership is claimed or implied unless expressly stated.

8. Figures shown on this website

Metrics on this website that appear in square brackets, such as [+X%] or [CLIENT], are deliberate placeholders. They are not claims, forecasts or redactions of real numbers.

When a placeholder is replaced with a real figure, that figure will have been reconciled against the client's own analytics and financial records, and both the number and its wording will have been approved by the client in writing, as required by section 15 of our Terms of Service. Past results relate to specific engagements and market conditions and are not a prediction of future performance.

9. Technical notes

This website is a set of static HTML documents with no content management system, no database, no user accounts and no server-side processing of visitor data beyond ordinary web server logs.

• Styling framework: Tailwind CSS, MIT licence.
• Icons and illustrations: original vector work created for this site.
• No stock photography is used anywhere on this website.
• No analytics, advertising or tracking script loads before consent is given. See the Cookie Policy.
• The map on the contact page loads only when a visitor explicitly presses "Load map".

10. Accessibility

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. In practice that means semantic HTML with one main heading per page, a visible skip link, keyboard operation throughout, visible focus indicators, text and interface contrast tested against AA thresholds, descriptive link text and alternative text, form fields with associated labels and error messages announced to assistive technology, and animation that is suppressed entirely for visitors whose system requests reduced motion.

The site is also usable with JavaScript disabled: navigation, all content and the contact form continue to work, and no cookies are set at all.

If you encounter a barrier, please tell us via our Contact page. We treat accessibility defects as bugs, not feature requests, and we will tell you when we expect to have it fixed.
